Part 1: Value. What is it?

I designed this program from 35 years of professional travel and hockey experiences in Holland – and I’m really excited to share it with you.

I fully realize the measure of value is something unique to each of us. Here, I have outlined my top three priorities, or “VALUES” in creating this family hockey adventure. I hope it resonates with you:

VALUE 1: Athletes (and parents) to connect with, travel, and showcase their skills alongside four top U.S. college coaches.
If any of our four participating college coaches are from schools on your prospect list, this then, is a unique chance to get noticed – really noticed – your daughter will be a known quantity – in a way you won’t find anywhere else!

VALUE 2: A shared fun parent-child hockey adventure!
I’ve been to countless hockey tournaments and programs with my two daughters—whether it’s Festival, Disney, RCC/NCC, Nexus, you name it. Honestly, none of them were truly enjoyable for either of us. Most of our hockey activities were must-do, and not focused on the love of the game. It was all about trying to impress coaches in a high-pressure, high stress, competitive environment.

Amsterdam, however, offers a 180 degree difference in experience for you and your daughter. It’s a sports vacation – crafted with the goal of re-energizing our love of hockey and family. I can confidently say, that will happen!

VALUE 3: Technical skill development – It is key.
Both the Dutch Men’s and Women’s teams have won Olympic gold, and there’s a reason for that success. Their passion for the game is truly infectious, but it’s their coaches’ keen ability to analyze and fine-tune even the smallest details—like hand placement on the stick or body movement adjustments — that can make a huge difference in elevating your game and how a college coach will evaluate you.  Our training partner is Thomas Tichelman, technical trainer of the Dutch Women’s National Team. Literally the best of the best!

Value isn’t just about the price tag. It ultimately comes down to prioritizing what matters most. For me, that priority was helping my two girls get into the best academic programs possible, which led them to Yale and Richmond. This program follows my approach.

If the three values we’ve outlined resonate with you, then joining us should be an easy decision. If you connect with two or just one, that’s perfectly okay too; it simply means you must weigh which set of values is worth this investment.
