Welcome to the Heart of Amsterdam! Kick off your adventure by arriving at our designated hotel by 1pm. We've crafted a special 'Welcome to Amsterdam' program to start your journey in this vibrant city on the right note. Prepare for an unforgettable introduction to the charm and wonders of Amsterdam.
friday day 2: Masterclass in Motion
TOP, TOP Dutch Training Course! Dedicate your day to honing your skills with an all-day training session led by elite FIH coaches. We promise an unparalleled and distinctive hockey experience that's set to be the highlight of your journey. Prepare to be challenged, inspired, and transformed on the field.
saturday day 3: Top dutch training - Day 2
Deep Dive into Dutch Discipline! Continue your immersion in excellence with the second day of Dutch training. This intensive session is designed as the perfect 'warm-up,' setting the stage for your upcoming field time with our distinguished U.S. coaches. Embrace this opportunity to refine your technique and strategy under the guidance of the best.

Today mirrors the essence of The LineUP but with a unique twist—no need to select your college coach because you'll be engaging in semi-private sessions with each of our U.S. college coaches. With a cap of LESS THAN 10 athletes per session, you're guaranteed personalized attention and tailored guidance. This intimate setting is the perfect environment to elevate your skills and connect with your coaches.
monday day 5: Time to Explore
Discover the Dutch Delights! Take a break from the field and immerse yourself in the rich culture and breathtaking landscapes of Holland. Today is all about exploration and adventure in this beautiful country. Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime as we take you on an adventure beyond the pitch and into the heart of Dutch heritage.
tuesday day 6: lineup with usa coaches
Coaching Connections Continued! Dive back into action with another full day dedicated to working closely with your favorite U.S. collegiate coaches. If there was anyone you missed connecting with on Sunday, today is your day to bridge that gap. Embrace this chance to connect with the game you love.
wednesday Day 7: goodbyes & optional dutch training
Fond Farewells and Optional Excellence. As our U.S. coaches and staff bid their goodbyes, the journey doesn’t have to end for you. Seize the opportunity to extend your experience with another day of top-tier Dutch training. This optional session is your chance to further refine your skills, absorb more of the Dutch approach to excellence, and wrap up your adventure on a high note.

To provide an exceptionally intimate experience for athletes and coaches alike, we will limit participation to only 60 athletes.
Depending on room availability we hope to open this up to a fairly large family contingent. However, note that each athlete attending must have a family member or designated guardian joining them for the duration of the program.
Please note that ALL athletes must travel with a parent or guardian.

Cancellations
First and foremost, we recommend cancellation insurance. It can provide full refunds for all travel expenses if an issue arises prior to departure. Once we secure your position on tour, we then lock your spot with our hotel and Dutch coach sessions. This requires non-refundable payments we will need to pay in your absence. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to be fair and transparent to all parties involved:
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@sporteurotour.com with the subject line ”Cancel”. The date on which the email is received will be used to determine the cancellation charges applicable.
Cancellation Deadlines & Charges
If you cancel...
- more than 90 days before departure: We will retain the deposit only.
- 60 to 89 days before departure: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- 31 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Cancellation by EuroTour: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), we will offer a full refund of all monies paid to us by you, including the deposit. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the monies towards a future tour.
Modifications: If you need to change your booking (e.g., changing dates or participants), we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Please note that this cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you have any questions or need to discuss your situation, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Travel Insurance
As we cannot offer refunds beyond the terms stated above, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your insurance should cover all travel expenses, including cancellation due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.
