Terms and Conditions

Sport EuroTour Terms and Conditions — Last Updated: 6/24/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants registered for a Sport EuroTour program operated by Expanding Horizons, Inc., doing business as Sport EuroTour.

By registering for a Sport EuroTour program, submitting payment, or participating in any program activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, on behalf of any minor participant for whom you are registering.

Sport EuroTour programs include international travel, athletic training, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, group transportation, scheduled activities, and other program elements. Because we commit funds to hotels, vendors, coaches, transportation providers, and other third parties in advance, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced.

Registration and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $295 per person is required at the time of registration to secure a place on the program.

All remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for the specific program. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the participant's registration, and cancellation fees may apply.

Prices are based on the program inclusions listed at the time of registration. Additional costs may apply for optional nights, room upgrades, single supplements, airfare, personal expenses, meals not included in the itinerary, passport or visa costs, baggage fees, travel insurance, or other items not specifically listed as included.

Cancellation by Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@sporteurotour.com. The cancellation date will be the date Sport EuroTour receives the written cancellation request.

If you cancel:

Cancellation DateCancellation Charge
More than 120 days before the program start dateDeposit is retained
119 to 60 days before the program start date30% of total program cost
59 to 45 days before the program start date50% of total program cost
44 to 31 days before the program start date75% of total program cost
30 days or fewer before the program start date100% of total program cost

Cancellation charges apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, injury, schedule conflicts, family emergencies, travel delays, passport or visa issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

For this reason, Sport EuroTour strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical coverage, emergency evacuation, and travel delay coverage.

Grace Period

If you register before March 15 of the year of travel, you may cancel within 72 hours of registration and receive a full refund of payments made to Sport EuroTour.

After the 72-hour grace period, the cancellation policy above applies.

Cancellation or Changes by Sport EuroTour

Sport EuroTour reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, training sessions, coaching assignments, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing activities, or other program details when necessary.

Specific coaches, training sessions, opponents, sightseeing activities, hotels, or schedule times are not guaranteed and may change due to availability, weather, facility issues, safety concerns, travel delays, coach availability, or circumstances beyond Sport EuroTour's control.

If Sport EuroTour must cancel a program before departure, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund of recoverable funds paid to Sport EuroTour, less any non-refundable payments or committed costs already paid to hotels, vendors, transportation providers, coaches, facilities, or other third parties.

Sport EuroTour is not responsible for costs paid directly by participants to third parties, including airfare, travel insurance, passport fees, visa fees, baggage fees, or other personal travel costs.

Travel Documents

Each participant is responsible for having a valid passport and any required visas, travel authorizations, health documents, or entry forms required for travel.

Sport EuroTour may provide general travel guidance, but it is the participant's responsibility to confirm and comply with all passport, visa, and entry requirements. Sport EuroTour is not responsible if a participant is denied boarding, denied entry, delayed, or unable to travel because of missing, expired, incorrect, or incomplete travel documents.

Health and Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in the program, including athletic training, games, walking tours, bike use, group travel, and other scheduled activities.

Parents or guardians of minor participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, physical limitations, or other needs that may affect participation.

Sport EuroTour does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee access to specific medical care during travel. Participants are responsible for carrying required medications and for obtaining appropriate medical and travel insurance.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to act respectfully, responsibly, and safely at all times. This includes behavior during training sessions, games, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transportation, and free time.

Sport EuroTour may remove a participant from activities or from the program if the participant's behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or inconsistent with the standards of the program.

If a participant is removed from the program for conduct reasons, no refund will be provided. The participant and/or parent or guardian will be responsible for any additional costs, including transportation, supervision, hotel, or early return travel expenses.

Assumption of Risk

Sport EuroTour programs involve international travel, athletic activity, group transportation, walking, biking, sightseeing, hotel stays, and other activities that carry inherent risks. These risks may include injury, illness, travel delay, lost property, weather disruption, schedule changes, accidents, or other unexpected events.

By registering, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Media Release

Unless Sport EuroTour is notified in writing before the program begins, participants grant Sport EuroTour permission to use photos, videos, and other media taken during the program for promotional, educational, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

Privacy

Participant information is used for registration, program communication, travel planning, safety, and program administration. Sport EuroTour's privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
